Learn more about registration rates and policies below. Please note that conference, tutorial, and workshop speakers, panelists, and authors are required to register at the full conference rate. Please see the table below for rates.

Registration opens on June 2, 2025, and will close on October 10, 2025.

Benefactor*: this fee is dedicated to participants who are willing to contribute to an extra regular registration fee: Friends of ER 2025.

  • All prices are listed in EURO and include French V.A.T (20%). To view the current foreign exchange rates, please visit European Central Bank.
  • Regular, Student, Doctoral Consortium and Author (Author, Co-Author and Additional Paper Author) registrations include access to all events from October 20-23: participation to all sessions of all tracks and all events (workshops, tutorials, SCME, posters/demos and indusrial track). Also included lunches, coffee breaks, ticket to the Welcome reception (October 20), ticket to the social event (October 21), ticket to the social dinner (October 22) and conference material.
  • PhD students whose applications to the Doctoral Consortium have been accepted are eligible for a discounted conference registration rate.
  • All accepted authors who are presenting at ER 2025 are required to register at the Author Registration rate. If you are a primary author on an additional paper, you are also required to register using the Additional Paper Author registration. This additional rate will cover the costs of publication and overhead. If you are a co-author on a paper (but not a primary author on another paper), you may register using the Co-Author Registration fee.
  • Workshops, Tutorials and SCME registration includes access to all events on October 20 (first day), including participation in all workshops. It also covers lunch, coffee breaks, a ticket to the Welcome Reception (October 20), and conference materials.
  • To be eligible for the student discount: two conditions. You must not have a paper (else Author, Co-Author or Additionnal Paper Author) you must have been a student on an accredited institute the day of the submission deadline. Documentation proving registered student status (student’s ID Card or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the notepaper of the institution) should be sent to: er2025@ensma.fr.
  • Cancellations received after October 10 will not be refunded, except under special circumstances. Please contact the organizing committee for further assistance.
  • If you are registered for the conference and would like to invite guests to attend the Welcome Reception (October 20) and/or the Social Event (October 21) and/or the Conference Dinner Cruise (October 22), a separate registration with Guest status must be completed, and the name of the inviting participant must be provided. No alcoholic beverages will be served to anyone who appears to be under the age of 18. The ER 2025 Conference and its vendors reserve the right to require proof of age before serving alcoholic beverages.

Registration Process

Registration fees can be paid in two different ways.

  • On-line payment: after submitting the online registration form, you will proceed with a secure online credit card payment facilitated by PayBox, a trusted online payment solution.
  • Purchase order (Bon de commande for French public administrations): after submitting the online registration form you will receive an email with the invoice.

The registration process is managed by SciencesConf. Creating an account will be required.

Code of Conduct

  • All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
  • The Organiser of the ER 2025 reserve the right to remove from the conference at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid.
  • We do not tolerate any discrimination or harassment based on gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, race, religion, cultural and social background, age, physical appearance, or disability. We do not tolerate unwelcome physical contact or sexual advances. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue.
